Why do you charge a €100 security deposit?

Our security deposit is mandatory and charged at €100 on all products. It will be automatically added to your basket at checkout, when completing your rental order. More details on this can be found here.

 

How will I be charged for damages?

How do I return my rental?

Your rental must be returned on time, either to our store or by using your pre paid returns label. All details on this can be found here.

 

What happens if I return my rental late?

You must return your rental on time. If your rental is not returned on time you will be subject to late fees. Your rental return date will be given to you at the point of checkout. All details on late fees are explained here. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

We allow a 48 hour cooling off period, if you wish to cancel your order. All details on our cancellation policy can be found here.
