How Does It Work?

Rent & Renew is a luxury handbag rental service, offering you access to rent from our finely curated edit, which will constantly updated. Read more about Rent & Renew here.

 

How To Rent: 

  1. Browse our website to find the perfect handbag for your upcoming event or occasion (not that you need an excuse to enjoy a beautiful handbag).
  2. Select the handbag of your choice.
  3. A full description on each product is provided, including measurements and tried on photos. We advise carefully checking these, to ensure the handbag suits your needs. 
  4. We offer a Damage Protection add on product, which we would advise you consider adding to your order for your own peace of mind. More details on this here. 
  5. You can then choose whether you would like to rent for a 3 day or a 7 day period, by selecting the drop down menu above the calendar. The price for your chosen rental duration will then appear. 
  6. You can then choose the date you would like your rental period to start, by selecting it on the calendar. 
  7. When you select your rental period your return date is automatically populated directly below. We will provide more details on your return date and return process below. 
  8. Click 'Rent Now' to proceed to the checkout. 
  9. Once you reach the checkout, you will need to complete an ID Verification check. This is super easy, straight forward and shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes. To complete the verification process you will be required to provide a valid form of photo ID, a selfie and a proof of address document. For the proof of address document, multiple forms are accepted, including but not limited to- bank statement, phone bill or utility bill. 
  10. Once you have completed the ID Verification check you can go back to the checkout and complete your rental order. 
  11. Next, you must read through our T&C's, which are available on our checkout page. Once you are happy, and in agreement with all of our T&C's you must select the tick box to accept these Terms. You can also find our T&C's here. 
  12. In your basket you will see the product you selected for rental, along with a €100 mandatory Security Deposit. Once your rental period is over, and you have returned your item, your return approval process will start. Once we have approved your return you will be notified by email and your €100 security deposit will be refunded in full.   13. The next step is to select your preferred delivery method. We offer shipping & store pick up. Read our shipment & delivery policy here. 
  14. Now you will see an option to select if you would like a free return label included in your package. If you do please tick this box, and we will be happy to provide this. If you don't tick this box, it indicates to us that you will personally return your rental to our store. 
  15. Complete the remaining contact/shipping details and proceed to payment. 
  16. YAY! Your rental order is now complete. Our team will be in touch on the next working day to confirm next steps.
